1. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company), usage data (queries, integrations used), and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps). We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to operate and improve Synapse, send transactional emails, and provide support. We never use your data to train models shared with other customers.

3. Data retention

Raw document data is retained for the TTL you configure in your workspace settings. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion.

4. Security

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We are SOC 2 Type II certified.
